Shell spaces became available in May 2025, and a $120,000 interior build-out is scheduled to commence at the end of July, with completion anticipated by September.

In April 2025, the Boerne Emergency Room broke ground at the corner of Herff Road and Gallant Fox Lane.

This 24/7 facility, staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, is expected to open in late 2025, providing critical care services to the community.

Furthermore, in 2021, Baptist Health System acquired 24 acres near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Texas 46 to construct a full-service acute care hospital.
